Fees – No entry fee.

 

Eligibility – Open to all members. Male & Female.

 

Format – Individual Scratch Matchplay. Gross score to count on each hole. Lowest gross score wins on each hole.

Ties – In the event of a tie after 18 holes, players must proceed to extra holes starting at the 1st hole, continuing until a winner is decided.

 

Play by dates – If a date between the two players cannot be reached by the deadline date given on the draw sheet, please inform the Tournament Committee (James Ashman) and a coin toss will proceed. It is both players responsibility to get the match played in time. No extensions of the deadline will take place. Caddies – Caddies are not permitted at any stage during the competition.

 

Condition of Play – This event will be played in accordance with the Official Rules of Golf approved by the R&A governing body and follow the Local Rules of Montgomerie Golf Club Dubai.

Registration – Registration can only be made by signing up on Golf Genius, or by emailing James – jamesa@montgomeriegolfclubdubai.com. No other forms of registration will be permitted.

 

Closing Date – The closing date to register for all Matchplay competitions will be Thursday 20th January 2022 at 5pm.

 

Draw – The draw will be published on Friday 21st January 2022 at 5pm and will be sent out with updates each Sunday.
